Bokhonko I. Formation of system of detection and avoidance of operational losses of energy supply enterprises

The object of the study is the processes of detecting and avoiding losses of operational activities of energy supply enterprises. The purpose of the research is to develop theoretical aspects and methodical and applied principles of forming a system for detecting and avoiding losses of operational activity of energy supplying enterprises. The author uses the methods: system and complex analysis, the method of comparison, the method of scientific generalization, the table method, the methods of dynamic, statistical and comparative analysis, the method of expert evaluations, the method of target programming, the method of analysis and synthesis. The theoretical value of the results of the dissertation work is to deepen the theoretical foundations and scientific substantiation of reduction of losses of operating activity of energy supplying enterprises. The practical significance of the results obtained is the developed methodological and applied principles of operating losses that are aimed at improving the operation of energy supplying enterprises. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: for the first time the model of optimal distribution of investment resources was developed, the semantic model of the operating system, the order of formation of the system of alternative solutions, the system of detection and avoidance of losses, the model of the choice of the project of avoiding losses, the further development of the property of electricity as a commodity, the concept-categorical apparatus through interpretation of losses as a separate component of operating expenses. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological and applied provisions for identifying and avoiding losses of operational activities of energy supplying enterprises. The recommendations of the author are used to reduce the losses of operational activities of energy supply enterprises. The sphere of use of author's recommendations is power supply enterprises.
