Biben O. Formation and evaluation of innovative potential of agro-industrial production

The theoretical and methodological and scientific-practical aspects of formation of innovative potential of agro-industrial production are generalized in the dissertation. The analysis of the current state of implementation of innovative potential is carried out and the model of organization of the innovation process in the agrarian sector is estimated. The conceptual model of realization of innovative potential of agro-industrial production is developed on the basis of a systematic approach to introduction of measures of organizational-economic, normative-legal, infrastructural support and program-targeted support of innovative development. The methodical approach of the integrated assessment of innovation potential and theoretical and methodological principles of formation and development of information support of innovative development of agro-industrial production have been improved. Identified institutional factors for the formation of an innovative environment of agro-industrial production with the allocation of legislative and organizational measures.
