Kovalenko M. State regulation of the development of non-formal education in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the scientific and theoretical substantiation of the methodical bases and practical recommendations for improving the state regulation of the development of non-formal education in Ukraine. The paper presents the conceptual foundations for the development of education of various degrees of formalization. The influence of education on various degrees of formalization on the formation of intellectual human capital is substantiated. The peculiarities of the state regulation of higher education in Ukraine are described. The world tendencies of non-formal education are determined. The analysis of the current state and main tendencies of the development of non-formal education in Ukraine is conducted. The influence of development and distribution of non-formal education on the processes of formation of intellectual human capital and indicators of social and economic development is substantiated
