Mazuryk S. Information and legal support of the activity of the prosecutor's office

The dissertation is one of the first in Ukraine comprehensive research on information and legal support of the activities of the prosecutor's office of Ukraine. As a result of the research, a number of conceptual conclusions were made, a number of new, important scientific provisions that could be used to improve the modern concept of the functioning of the prosecutor's office were put forward and substantiated. The theoretical and legal model of information provision of the prosecutor's office as a complex phenomenon is formed in the work, which: creates a system of information resources; aimed at organizing the collection (receipt), registration, transfer, storage, processing and use of information, as well as compliance with the information security regime; forms the prerequisites for the proper perception of the public prosecutor's activities.
