Budnik Y. Administrative and legal regulation of the management of the vocational guidance system in Ukraine

The author analyzes the state of development of the management of the vocational guidance system in Ukraine at the present time. The definition of the social purpose of the system of vocational guidance in modern society is given. The concept of the essence of administrative and legal regulation of the management of the vocational guidance system has been improved. Proposals on improving the national administrative and legal legislation regulating the activity of subjects of management of the vocational guidance system in Ukraine are formulated. Proposals have been formulated for its implementation in the national administrative legislation, taking into account domestic experience in this field.
