Starukh A. Organizational and economic mechanism of stimulation of entrepreneurship development in the public sector of the economy of Ukraine

The dissertation thesis presents a theoretical generalization and a new solution of the scientific task such as improvement of existing and development of new theoretical positions and methodical and applied recommendations regarding the organizational and economic mechanism of entrepreneurship development in the public sector of the economy of Ukraine. The object of the study is the set of economic relations that arise in the process of stimulating the development of entrepreneurship in the public sector of the Ukrainian economy. The subject of the study is to develop and improve the theoretical and methodological principles of the organizational and economic mechanism of entrepreneurship development in the public sector of the economy of Ukraine. As a result of the study, the definition of "development of entrepreneurship in the development of entrepreneurship in the state sector of the economy" has been clarified. The conceptual foundations of the organizational and economic mechanism for stimulating the development of entrepreneurship in the state sector of the economy have been formed. The methodical approach to analysis of entrepreneurship development in the state sector of the economy has been proposed. The mechanism of providing state financial support to enterprises in the public sector of the economy of Ukraine has been improved. The system of monitoring and adjustment of the state of entrepreneurship development in the state sector of the economy has been improved. The sequence of adoption of regulatory decisions on stimulating the entrepreneurship development in the public sector of the economy of Ukraine has been improved.
