Shalaginova A. Consideration of disputes with participation of the internal affairs of Ukraine by the administrative court

The Ph. D. thesis is devoted to the separate research of disputes with the participation of the internal affairs of Ukraine by administrative court, in particular the principles of this participation in the administrative legal process of Ukraine, the grounds for the participation of the internal affairs of Ukraine in certain categories of administrative disputes, as well as the prospects for optimizing the work of the administrative courts in this direction. During the work, the state of scientific development of the subject was determined. Taking into account the experience of the accumulated knowledge, attention was drawn to the fact that the disputes with the participation of the internal affairs of Ukraine belong to administrative ones, because the internal affairs of Ukraine are the subjects of power authorities by the Code of administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine, and the service in the internal affairs of Ukraine is a kind of public service.
