The dissertation is devoted to the essence and content of social responsibility of business from society point of view. The concept of a social project development is considered. The mechanisms of correlation and contradiction of social responsibility of business and authorities in Ukraine are grounded. The current state of interaction between business and government is revealed. The national concept of the development of social responsibility of business in Ukraine has been explored. The level of moral hazard and ways of its neutralization are highlighted. The social partnership system is substantiated. The system of public-private partnership has been improved as a factor in the interaction between business and government in Ukraine
