Object of research: public administration of development of public-private partnership. Objective: theoretical substantiation and development of practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of public administration development of public-private partnership at the regional level. Methods: categorical and etymological analysis, historical, synchronous and diachronic, structural-functional, comparative-historical and comparative-legal analysis, statistical and structural-system methods. Results: The author substantiates the theoretical foundations and conceptual approaches to improving the mechanisms of public administration by developing public-private partnership. Novelty: the conceptual approach to the development of the Roadmap for the development of public-private partnership-2030 is substantiated; the content, purpose and structure of the integrated mechanism of public administration development of public-private partnership, and others have been improved. Introduced into the Kharkiv Regional State Administration and others. Areas of use: public administration, local government, training and retraining of civil servants, local government officials.
