The essence and peculiarities of legal system regulating Ukrainian State Executive Agency officials service-labor relations are ascertained in the thesis.The peculiarities of formation and development of Ukrainian state service as an implementation form of citizens' constitutional right to work are established. The issue of correlation between labor and other branch law in regulating service-labor relations is established. Under analysis of general classification of state service types the place and peculiarities of executive agency workers within Ukrainian state service system are established. The legal and labor status of Ukrainian State Executive Agency officials is characterized. The peculiarities of labor function of the workers under consideration are established.
