Tkachenko V. Improvement of the management tactics of children with the recurrent diseases of the respiratory tract based on the study of immune-morphological features of nasopharyngeal pathology.

The research is dedicated to improve the management tactics of children with the recurrent diseases of the respiratory tract based on the study of immune-morphological features of the nasopharyngeal pathology and working out the prophylactic methods for preventing the development of frequent morbidity with acute inflammatory nasopharyngeal pathology in children with hyperplasia of the pharyngeal tonsil and rehabilitation methods after adenotomy by developing the prediction algorithm and correction of the clinical-laboratory and immune disorders in 60 children aged 6-12 with recurrent diseases of nasopharynx and concomitant HLP and 60 children with recurrent forms of acute inflammatory diseases of the nasopharynx in 6-12 months after adenotomy. The information value of studying the indicators of congenital and adaptive immunity and the condition of cytoarchitectonics of mucous membrane for preventing the risk of the development of immune disorders in children after the adenotomy has been proved. Basing on the comparison of the results of cytological, microbiological and immune-enzymic methods, it has been proved that the proposed sanative-antiinflammatory, epithelio-regenerative and immune lyphotropic methods contribute to the reducing in frequency of inflammatory diseases of the nasopharynx, hyperplasia of the adenoids and immune disorders in children, and eliminate the possibility of operative and postoperative complications.
