The paper formulates and solves the actual scientific task of developing information technologies for automated systems of technical diagnostics of digital devices based on the analysis of the spectrum of the signal. The proposed algorithms and techniques allow to implement a quasi-short circuit current pulse current for controlling the technical state of digital devices during transient processes in the power bus. An algorithm for constructing their diagnostic models is developed. The spectral power-dynamic method of diagnosing digital devices has been improved. A generalized method of controlling the TC of digital devices based on the advanced spectral energy dynamical method is developed.
