Melnyk O. Management of production resources in the agrarian sector of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation and development of the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for the management of productive resources in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. The economic essence of production resources is explained by the organizational and economic foundations of their management in modern conditions, the theoretical foundations of managing production resources in the agrarian sector of Ukraine are generalized, and methodological approaches to the formation of a managerial decision are substantiated. The current state and development tendencies of the domestic agrarian sector of the economy are analyzed, the basic principles of managing production resources in the agricultural sector are characterized, and the effectiveness of the process of managing production resources is assessed. Production resources in the agricultural sector can be facilitated by the algorithm of SEE-analysis, developed by the author for a particular situation, based on a certain mechanism. A strategy for managing production resources in the agrarian sector on an innovative basis has been developed, a methodical approach to loyal taxation as a motivating component of state regulation of the economy, the paradigm of the relevant implication of “resources - the structure (behavior) - effectiveness (goal) of the economic system” is improved to effectively manage the productive resources of the agricultural sector of the economy, the logical model for the development and emergence of situations such as “tree of target”
