The novelty of the obtained results of the author's research is the development, deepening and substantiation of theoretical and methodical provisions and practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of warehouse logistic management at AIC enterprises. It promotes the competitiveness of enterprises and neutralizes the risks of the environment influence; typology of AIC enterprises based on the complex matrix of ABC-XYZ analysis taking into account the main indicators of activity and territorial positioning for determination the parameters of forecasting goods and amount of investments in warehouse logistics objects, located within the territory; a comprehensive risk assessment methods for the warehouse logistics at AIC enterprises using a multilevel hierarchical model, which is on the contrary, takes into account nine levels of assessment of local criteria for the characteristics of agribusiness warehouses with the definition of the level of risks on three-point scale (low, medium and high)
