Bondar V. Innovative renewal of the transport infrastructure of the national economy in a globalizing environment

The thesis is devoted to the formulation of conceptual provisions and the development of theoretical and practical bases of innovation updating of the transport infrastructure of the national economy in the context of globalization. Improved interpretation of transport infrastructure concept, by combining the term into three main parameters - sectoral, macroeconomic and market approaches, and justification of transport infrastructure place not only in the transport complex, but in the national economy system in general, it given us the opportunity to define the "transport infrastructure" as an organic component that connects the various components of regional, national and global infrastructure, formed on the basis of a combination of market and state regulation and developing on the basis of social partnership. An analysis of the transport infrastructure development level in the national and global dimensions is analyzed. The level of innovative development of the transport infrastructure of Ukraine is estimated. The efficiency of the Ukrainian transport infrastructure functioning in the conditions of globalization is analyzed the same. The conceptual directions of innovative renewal of Ukraine transport infrastructure on the basis of indicators comparative analysis by international rating systems are offered.
