Shoot S. Modern Mechanisms of the Construction Industry Investing in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to systematization of theoretical foundations and substantiation of practical recommendations concerning the development of modern methods and mechanisms of the building industry management in Ukraine for attraction of investments. The state of investment and construction market in Ukraine is analyzed. The financial-economic state of enterprises of the construction industry of the regions is estimated. The problems of financing and investing in the construction industry of Ukraine are identified. The methodical approach to choosing the most attractive investment object in construction is offered. The method of assessing scenarios for the development of the construction industry on the basis of Leontiev's inter-sectoral balance models is improved, which, takes into account the specific features of the application possibilities for the analysis of perspective directions of attraction of investments into the construction industry.
