Liubarets A. Administrative and legal framework of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine

This research focuses on the administrative and legal status and the basic foundations of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine as a central executive body that was formed as a result of reforming the executive branch in the country. For example, the analysis of body activities, tasks, powers and principles of reforming the entire ministerial level in Ukraine as at present state, and for the entire period since independence Ukraine. On the basis of law, scientific achievements of leading scientists and the characteristics of each of the stages of change (reorganization) of the Ministry formulated a number of proposals that provide an opportunity to improve the legislative framework and practical principles of the Agrarian Policy of Ukraine as well as ministerial - level Ukraine as a whole.
