Obolienska S. The legal regulation of biofuel production of agricultural producers in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the essence of legal regulation of biofuel production by agricultural commodity producers in Ukraine. The concept of biofuel production by agricultural commodity producers and its legal regulation, the principles of the latter are described, and the normative-legal provision of biofuel production is described by the named subjects. Considerable attention is paid to the clarification of the organizational and legal provision of agricultural producers of various types of biofuels, the peculiarities of production and economic activity in this area, as well as the organizational and legal issues of state support for the production. The proposals on improving the Ukrainian legislation on biofuel production by agricultural commodity producers were made.
