Zaika Y. Regulation of higher education on cluster basis

The object of the research is the process of the organizational and economic regulation of the sphere of higher education in Ukraine. The purpose of the dissertation is theoretical and methodological and scientific substantiate of regulation of higher education in Ukraine on cluster basis. The scientific novelty consists of justification and development of theoretical provisions and practical recommendations for the formation and regulation of educational clusters in Ukraine, as well as the rationale of their development. Methods are used in the study: theoretical comparison and generalization; logical analysis; expert methods; methods of strategic analysis; methods of economic analysis and statistical methods; structural-functional method, abstract-logical; methods of taxonomy. The main provisions of the dissertation research are brought to the level of specific methodological developments and practical recommendations on the justification of the direction of regulation of higher education in Ukraine on cluster basis. The scope of use – is public administration, higher education institutions, enterprises.
