The purpose of the dissertation is to develop scientific methodological approaches and practical recommendations regarding the methods and organization of the formation and implementation of strategies for the development of housing and communal services enterprises. The object of research is the process of formation and implementation of strategies for the development of housing and communal services enterprises. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical approaches to the formation and implementation of strategies for the development of housing and communal services enterprises. Methods of research: systematization; system analysis; abstractions and analogies; economic and SWOT analysis; correlation-regression analysis; expert assessments; graphical-analytical method and scenario approach. The system of information-analytical and methodical support for the process of developing and implementing strategies for the development of housing and communal services enterprises has been improved. The approach to the definition of strategic economic indicators of management of the development of housing and communal enterprises by means of modeling of causal relationships between the three groups of factors is proposed. The scenario approach to the formation of strategies for the development of housing and communal services enterprises is implemented. Scope of use: universities, enterprises of municipal economy.
