Savonina N. Modernization organizing of production activity of instrument-making enterprises

Object of research: production activity of instrument-making enterprise. Objective: theoretical substantiation and development of the basic principles of improving the organization of the production activity of the instrument-making enterprise through its modernization. Methods: dialectical and epistemological analysis, comparison, systematization and generalization, statistical, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, scientific abstraction, modeling, economic-mathematical, graphic. Novelty: for the first time an algorithm for monitoring the effectiveness of the process of modernizing the organization of the production activity of the instrument-making enterprise has been developed; the system of indicators used to evaluate the organization of the production activity of the instrument-making enterprise, the algorithm for evaluating the organization of production activity at the instrument-making enterprise, which allows identifying the need for its modernization, the methodological prerequisites for modernization of organizing the production activity of the instrument-making machine enterprises, which, unlike existing ones, are formed on the use of the model of production activity of the enterprise, taking into account the principles of the system approach, has been developed. Scope of application: in the activity of domestic business entities, in particular Micro-Code Ltd., Avicos Ltd., Kubstudio Ltd., in the educational process of the Lviv Polytechnic National University during the teaching of the discipline "Management of Innovations".
