Object of study: the process of redistribution of natural resource rent in the national economy. Purpose: deepening and development of theoretical and methodical principals of redistribution of natural resource rent and the development of practical recommendations for regulation of this process in the current conditions of functioning of the Ukrainian economy. Methods of study: dialectical and historical approaches, abstract-logical method, system analysis, comparative analysis, statistical methods. Scientific novelty: for the first time the principles of formation of the mechanism of redistribution of natural resource rent were substantiated and the logical-substantive scheme of its main elements was proposed; improved: conceptual principles of state influence on the processes of redistribution of natural resource rent; methodical principals of the formation of an accumulation rent fund in the national economy; got further development: the classification of natural resource rent through the specification of its types and the appropriate forms; systematization of tools, methods and levers of distribution and redistribution of natural resource rent; analytical approach to identification of the basic stages of formation of regulatory provision for distribution and redistribution of natural resource rent in the national economy; methodical approach to the analysis of the dynamics of rental income in the system of macroeconomic indicators.
