Object of the research: the process of formation and implementation of antitrust and competition policy on the milk and dairy products market. Purpose of the research: to substantiate theoretical, methodological and practical principles of improvement of the antitrust and competition policy on the milk and dairy products market in Ukraine. Methods of the research: monographic, deductive, abstract-logical methods and economic-statistical functional analysis. Scientific novelty: a scientific and methodical approach to the formation and implementation of the antitrust and competition policy on the milk and dairy products market, based on a segmental approach that allows to create conditions for healthy competition between market entities in the two systems of economic relations: "Milk Producer - Milk Processing Enterprise" and "Milk Processing Enterprise - the final consumer of milk and dairy products". Improved: the conceptual-categorical apparatus of research of the antitrust-competition policy by clarifying the content of the definition of "development of the milk and dairy products market"; methodical approaches to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the antitrust and competition policy, based on the aggregate indicators of measuring the degree of monopolization of the market, the level of competitiveness of economic entities and performance indicators, the conceptual framework of the antitrust and competition policy on the milk and dairy products market. Further development was achieved: measuring the level of monopolization of the dairy market in relation to individual products and taking into account the territorial features of it, a set of regulatory influence tools based on point forecasts regarding the prospects of changing the key parameters of the milk and dairy products market; the procedure for monitoring the activities of milk and dairy products market participants.
