Nadon O. Administrative and Legal Support of Financial Security of Ukrainian Banks

The theoretical principles of administrative and legal support of financial security of Ukrainian banks are systematically explored in the work. Concepts and structure of providing financial security of banks are considered; the features of financial security of banks are clarified: legal nature and components; established legal relations to ensure the financial security of banks as a component of the subject of administrative law. Investigated subjects of financial security of Ukrainian banks; defined powers of the subjects of general competence regarding the provision of financial security of banks and established functions of subjects of special competence regarding the provision of financial security of banks.
