Korshenko V. Theoretical and methodological basics of the forensic telecommunications expertise

The thesis theoretically generalizes out and suggests a new solution of the scientific problem, which was manifested in the development of scientific foundations, general methodological and organizational provisions of the judicial telecommunications expertise. The concept of the telecommunications expertise was defined, its place in the system of forensic examinations was investigated and its significance in criminal proceedings was analyzed. The definition of the generic and direct items of the judicial telecommunications expertise was proposed. Classifications of the items of the judicial telecommunications expertise, in accordance with such criteria as their nature, the generally recognized separation of computer technology and the procedural status, were formulated.
