Denisova L. Legal regulation of social security for police officers in Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to systematic and thorough analysis of the peculiarities of the legal regulation of social security for police officers in Ukraine. In this work examined the essence of the labour law status of the police officer, clarified specifics of the legal regulation of social security for police officers, analyzed the common and distinctive features of social security for police and police officers. The system of principles of social security of police officers is described. The classification of functions of the social security of police officers is revealed. The guarantees of social security of police officers are outlined. A theoretical and legal characteristic of their content is carried out. Problems of legal regulation of social security of the police officers were established, as well as proposals were made for their solution.
