Tykha A. Legal Regulation of Amendment of Labour Contract

In the thesis, the specificity of labour contract alterations legal regulation under the current and draft labour laws of Ukraine is disclosed. The establishment history of legal regulation of alterations in labour contract is analyzed, beginning with the times of Kyiv Rus-Ukraine to the present days, and so it is proved that alteration in a labour contract was in a varying degree regulated long before the appearance of the labour law. The types of labour contract alterations are systematized, in particular, it is established that the form, content and type of the labour contract can be changed. The special attention is paid to the analysis of the legal regulation of alterations in the labour contract content by changing its essential and additional conditions: about the labour function, remuneration of labour, place of employment, mode of operation, working place, as well as the labour contract conditions, which are not related with the work performance.
