The thesis is devoted to systematic and thorough analysis of the peculiarities of legal regulation of additional salary in Ukraine. In this work examined the legal nature of additional salary, described common and different features of basic and additional salary. Characterized the structure and types of additional salary. Found a purpose, system of tasks and principles of additional salary in Ukraine. Explored guarantees of additional salary in Ukraine. Done theoretical and legal description of their content. Established problems of legal regulation of additional salary and provided suggestions for their solution. Formed ways of adoption positive foreign experience in the study area.
