Polgorodnik O. Mechanism for Stimulating the Implementation of Energy Saving Technologies at Industrial Enterprises

The object of the study is the processes of stimulating industrial enterprises to introduce energy saving technologies. The methods of research are: synthesis, analysis and synthesis, methods of economic-mathematical modeling, functional-target approach, statistical and comparative methods, process and situational approaches; abstract-logical approach. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is refining and developing of the theoretical and methodological foundations and developing of the scientific foundations of practical tools for implementing the mechanism of stimulation of industrial enterprises to the introduction of energy saving technologies. The methodological support for estimation of economic efficiency of introduction of energy saving technologies; methodical approach to the quantitative assessment of the impact of organizational and economic factors on the energy intensity of products; a mechanism for stimulating the introduction of energy saving technologies at industrial enterprises were improved. The economic essence of the concept of "energy conservation"; institutional support for the introduction of energy saving technologies at industrial enterprises; the content of the policy on the introduction of energy saving technologies at industrial enterprises based on the use of world experience in energy supply.
