Shakina N. Strategic management of scientific and technical development of Ukraine in the conditions of global competition

The object of research is the process of strategic management of scientific and technical development of Ukraine. The purpose of the work is deepening of the theoretical positions, improving of the methodological approaches and organizational principles of strategic management of scientific and technical development of the country in the conditions of global competition. The methods of research are: abstract-logical method, specification; monographic, structuring, hierarchical ordering; statistical analysis, graphic method, comparison, simulation; complex approach, structural-functional method, systematization; system approach, structural synthesis, logical generalization. Scientific novelty consists in deepening of theoretical foundations and improvement of organizational and methodological approaches to strategic management of scientific and technical development of Ukraine in the conditions of intensification of global competition. The integral complex of institutional support of strategic management of the scientific and technological revolution of Ukraine was substantiated and substantially based on structural elements for the first time. The methodical principles of forecasting of scientific and technical development of Ukraine; a complex of directions of improvement of strategic management of scientific and technological revolution of Ukraine; The mechanism of formation of the Strategy of the scientific and technological revolution of Ukraine were improved. The content of the concept of "scientific and technological development of the country"; tasks and principles of strategic management of scientific and technical development; theoretical and methodological principles of strategic management of scientific and technical development have been further development.
