Essay

Thesis of dissertation focuses on solving an actual scientific and technical problem of improving efficiency of processing large volumes of semi-structured and non-structured information (including geospatial) by creating applications for structuring and transdisciplinary representation of such information. The method of structuring natural language texts based on the recursive application of a text reduction processby the means of the rules, described by non-type lambda expressions was developed, which differs from the existing methods in that they have a possibility of dynamic modification of structuring rules, which allows significant improvement of efficiency of the method in the scope of a given task. The ontological model of the interactive document and based on it model of ontological GIS-based application were developed, which allow representation of text structuring results and thus provide quick access to large volumes of information (geospatial, in particular), contained in specific document. A model of transdisciplinary representation of documents was developed, which allows dynamical creation of relationships between objects, described in different documents, belonging to a single conceptual information and analytical environment, and thus provides quick access to large volumes of important for a given task information. The information technology of transdisciplinary representation of geospatial information is proposed, which provides an increase in efficiency of processing of thematically and spatially distributed information resources, presented as structured and unstructured documents.
