Bieliavska M. Poetics and Genre Diversity of Literary Works by Amelie Nothomb.

The subject is literary works by А. Nothomb with the common features of genre form, written in the period of change in creative paradigm. The aim is the establishment of genre and stylistic specificity of the literary works by А. Nothomb with the context of literature at the turn of ХХ-ХХІ centuries. Methods - comparative-historical, typological, biographic, psychoanalytic, structural; system approach, hermeneutics, psychological approach. Literary works by a Belgian Francophone writer A. Nothomb are first the case study in Ukrainian literary criticism, therefore, the appearance of characteristics of a new literary paradigm, that forms the area of focus "critical fiction" ("fictions critiques") different from post-modernism aesthetics is considered for the first time. Basis and functionality of the area of focus in the context of modern literature are discovered. Peculiar to this the area of focus genre-gender transformation that predetermines specificity of every separate literary work and lies in the diffusion of epic and dramatic gender features and synthesis of genres is analyzed. The aspect of literary works classification on "elite" and "mass" is studied and the appearance of intermediate level "middle-literature" to that it is appropriate to refer literary works by А. Nothombe is emphasized. A communicative author's intention, which is realized in the dialogic mode of recitation, actuality of ideological-thematic layer and device of deep psychologization of images is underlined.
