Essay

The theoretical and methodological analysis of the problem of achieving personal success in team activity is carried out, psychological approaches to the research of success and success rate in activity are considered, social and psychological components of the personality's progress in activity are singled out. The peculiarities of team activity in the context of requirements for the personality and the role of the personality in its implementation are characterized. A theoretical model of the research, which reflects the connection between achievement of success by a person in team work and a number of parameters of axiological and role-based content, is presented.
