The object of research: aluminum and aluminum alloys, which surfaces were mechanically activated in various corrosive environments. The purpose and objectives of the work are to study protective properties of corrosion inhibitors, including biogenic ones, in the conditions of mechanical activation of the aluminum alloy surface in a corrosive medium. Protective properties of corrosion inhibitors, including products of biogenic origin, were investigated in the dissertation work under conditions of mechanical activation of surfaces of aluminum and aluminum alloy in a corrosive environment. A synergistic anticorrosion effect of phosphate-nitrate composition on a mechanically activated aluminum surface was revealed. The high anticorrosion efficiency of RBC in the environment of synthetic acid rain on a freshly formed surface of aluminum alloy has been established. The mechanism of corrosion inhibition consists in adsorption of biosurfactant molecules on the surface of aluminum alloy with creation of barrier film, while carboxyl groups of rhamnolipid can interact with aluminum ions, forming weakly soluble complex compound on anode areas of the alloy. An ecologically safe organic/inorganic composition based on a rhamnolipid biocomplex and zinc phosphate exhibits synergistic protective effect and is effective in protecting aluminium alloys constructions from tribocorrosion failure.
