Zaskalkina O. Mechanisms of state regulation of the institutional environment in the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy.

Object of research: state regulation of the institutional environment in the agrarian sector of the economy. Purpose: to substantiate the theoretical positions and to develop practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of state regulation of the institutional environment in the agrarian sector of the economy of Ukraine. Methods: categorical and etymological analysis, historical, synchronous and diachronic, structural-functional, comparative-historical and comparative-legal analysis, statistical and structural-system methods. Results: a specific scientific and applied task concerning the theoretical and methodological provision of state regulation of the institutional environment in the agrarian sector of the economy of Ukraine is researched and the relevant scientific provisions, approaches and recommendations concerning their practical introduction into the activity of executive authorities of Ukraine are proposed. Novelty: conceptual provisions of the strategy for the development of the institutional environment in the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy were developed; the systematization of institutional transformations in the agrarian sector of Ukraine's economy has been improved by distinguishing stages of the development of the institutional environment and others. Introduced in the activities of the Poltava Regional State Administration and others. Areas of use: public administration, local government, training and retraining of civil servants, local government officials.
