Bukhtiiarova I. Administrative and Legal Principles of Protecting Childhood and Motherhood in Ukraine

The genesis of legal principles for the protection of childhood and motherhood in Ukraine has been revealed. The author has provided the characteristics of the current state of protecting childhood and motherhood in Ukraine. Legal principles for the protection of childhood and motherhood in Ukraine have been elaborated; and the place of the norms of administrative law among them has been defined. The author has determined the objective and has revealed the directions of administrative and legal protection of childhood and motherhood in Ukraine. Characteristics of the system of subjects of administrative and legal protection of childhood and motherhood in Ukraine have been provided. The forms and methods of administrative and legal protection of childhood and motherhood in Ukraine have been outlined. International experience of protecting childhood and motherhood has been generalized; and the possibilities of its implementation in Ukraine have been outlined.
