Ozerna I. Administrative and legal providing of activity of establishments of education is in Ukraine

The general and special signs of establishments of education are found out. Maintenance is exposed and carried out classification of directions of educational activity. The system is certain and plenary powers of public and organs of local self-government, that carry out the administrative and legal providing of activity of establishments of education, authorities are analysed. A concept is set forth and the mandatory members of the administrative and legal providing of activity of establishments of education are certain. The features of the administrative providing of activity of establishments of general middle are exposed, professional and higher education. International standards are considered and foreign experience is analysed of realization of legal mechanisms of providing of right to education facilities of administrative law. General conclusions are done, legislative suggestions are reasonable and basic aspirations are certain in relation to the increase of efficiency of realization of the administrative and legal providing of activity of home establishments.
