Essay

The thesis summarizes and systematizes theoretical-methodical and applied questions of development of organizational culture of agricultural enterprises. Proposals for improving the methodology of evaluation of organizational culture are developed; it was generalized the model of formation of organizational culture and its main functions are systematized; the factors of influence on the organizational culture of agricultural enterprises are revealed; the relationship between organizational culture and enterprise efficiency is established; Diagnostics of organizational culture of enterprises at different levels of management was carried out and the concept of organizational culture was proposed depending on the phases of the business cycle. The substantiated concept of the development of the organizational culture of agricultural enterprises is based on the consideration of different phases of the business cycle and envisages the transformation of the main components of the organizational culture in order to ensure a positive impact on the results and the level of economic efficiency of the activity. The research has improved the theoretical approach to the structuring of organizational culture, the distinction of which is the selection of its main components: leadership style, codes and organization settings, ceremonies and rituals, leaders change, dress code. The organizational culture of agricultural enterprises is assessed on the basis of a combination of quantitative, holistic and metamorphic methods. The organizational culture of the enterprise functions are systematized. The methodical approach to the diagnostics of the organizational culture of agricultural enterprises is developed, which allows to identify the priorities of organizational culture at different levels of management and to take them into account in the process of its development. The model of organizational culture of agricultural enterprises is grounded, which is based on stimulation of labor and estimation of efficiency, allowing to flexibly respond to fluctuations of business activity of the enterprise. The essential characteristic of the concept of "organizational culture" is added on the basis of the priority of the integration function, which allows uniting the members of the organization into a single system.
