Voitov A. Increase in efficiency of diagnosing hydrostatic drives of agricultural machines by dynamic characteristics under load

The dissertation directed at the development of a method for diagnosing hydrostatic drives. Developed the mathematical model of hydraulic drive HST-90, -112, as a diagnostic object. Received differential equations of the transient process in the pump and motor, the solution of which allows to simulate the transient process in time. It is theoretically established that, an increase leaks in the pump and motor leads to an increase in their inertia. The diagnostic parameters for determining the pump feed rate and the efficiency of the motor are justified - the rate of pressure increase beyond the pump and the rate of increase in the rotational angular frequency of the motor rotor, which provide the minimum coefficient of variation and the maximum degree of accuracy in diagnosing.
