Object - drugs decamethoxine®, gosten®, decasan®, septeflil, nifuroxazide, ciprofloxacin; aim – microbiological, medical, physicochemical substantiation of properties and use of medicinal antiseptic drugs decamethoxine®, gosten®, decasan®, septeflil, antibiotics; methods – microbiological (determination of properties, adhesion of bacteria); formation, forecasting of sustainability; electron microscopy; cultivation, identification, detection of susceptibility to antimicrobial agents; рhysico-chemical, mathematical-statistical; results – for the first time to the comparative study of the antimicrobial properties of medicinal antimicrobial preparations against museum, clinical strains of microorganisms (decamethoxine®, gosten®, decasan®, septeflil, nifuroxazide, ciprofloxacin); was carried out the effect of antimicrobial agents on the adhesion of microorganisms, the formation of resistance to drugs was determined; an analytical prognosis of the stability of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa against beta-lactam antibiotics was done; the action of Gorosten®, Decasan® on the electronic ultrastructure of Salmonella, Staphylococci was determined; branch – medicine.
