LOTARIEV A. Improving the mechanisms of state regulation of innovation activities at the regional level.

The dissertation deals with the theoretical and methodological positions and practical recommendations for improving the state regulation of innovation activity at the regional level. The research has determined the peculiarities of state regulation of innovation activity at the regional level and the state-management of the regional innovative potential's analysis of Ukraine has been shown. The conceptual model of the administrative-communicative mechanism of the innovation activity's state regulation at the regional level has been made. The ways of improvement of the organizational and functional mechanism of the innovation activity's regulation have been systematized. In the dissertation the model of the organizational structure of the regional integrated multifunctional technological platform has been proposed.
