Bryhinets A. Legal regulation of confidentiality in financial and legal relations

This thesis provides comprehensive insight into legal support of confidentiality in financial and legal relations with due account for upto-date research methods, achievements of domestic and foreign legal science as well as the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine and it defines perspective lines of its improvement. As a result of conducted research a number of new scientific provisions and conclusions proposed personally by the defender of the thesis have been formulated. Analysis of genesis and establishment of the institute of confidentiality in financial sector of Ukraine, its legal nature in the process of ensuring National financial security have been carried out. Generation of "confidentiality" concept in modern sense resulted from the influence of the specific historical periods and stages of the information society development. The author's scientifically grounded periodization of confidentiality generation and functioning within the territory of modern Ukraine consisting of four stages has been proposed.
