Hrushyna A. Strategic management of financial resources of enterprises of culture

The dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of strategic management of financial resources of enterprises. During the study and generalization of scientific literature, the essence of the category "strategic management of financial resources" has been specified. The structure of the strategic management system is proposed, taking into account the specifics of the field of culture. Systematic approach to evaluating the effectiveness of financial management enterprise culture. The state, key factors, tendencies and regularities of development of the culture sector are analyzed. The factor of sectoral imbalance of enterprises of the cultural-artistic complex at the regional level, which made it possible to group them, is singled out. On this basis, an assessment of the financial and economic condition of cultural enterprises and the efficiency of management of their financial resources has been conducted. Models of forecasting of the productivity of cultural enterprises are developed, taking into account factors of influence of the external environment. The main vectors of the strategy of financial resources management are outlined and the algorithm of its optimal choice is proposed. Formed a list of factors of internal and external environment, on the basis of which the integrated index of competitiveness of enterprises is proposed. The mechanism of realization of strategic management of financial resources in the form of a logical model of financial management on the basis of strategic approaches of enterprise development is proposed, taking into account the methods and instruments of the subjects of management of the state vertical.
