Tkachenko O. Administrative and Legal Principles for Implementing the State Policy in the Fuel and Energy Sector in the Context of Ukraine's Decentralization

The dissertation is focused on a comprehensive study of administrative and legal principles for the implementation of the state policy in the fuel and energy sector in the context of Ukraine's decentralization. The author suggests the methodology for studying the phenomenon of the state policy in the fuel and energy sector of Ukraine in the context of decentralization. It is proved that the implementation of the state policy in this sphere is the object for administrative and legal regulation. The author substantiates the expediency of developing and using administrative and legal mechanism for the implementation of the state policy in the fuel and energy sector in the context of Ukraine's decentralization. The role of administrative and legal means in the implementation of the state policy in the fuel and energy sector are clarified.
