The study is devoted to the optimization of early diagnosis and prediction of the clinical course of hypertension (GC) in obese patients based on the estimation of the metabolic disorders markers chemerin and nesfatin-1 serum levels in a complex with an assessment of clinical characteristics, functional state of the kidneys, parameters of daily blood pressure monitoring (DBPM), Holter monitoring of the electrocardiogram (HM ECG), indices of lipid and carbohydrate metabolism. Based on the results of research, the scientific data on the features of DBPM and HM ECG parameters in hypertensive patients with obesity have been studied. The serum levels of the metabolic disorders markers - chemerin and nesfatin-1 - were studied. The statistically significant increase in serum levels of both cytokines in patients with hypertension were revealed compared to the control group. The peculiarities of the inter-group distribution of chemerin and nesfatin-1 serum levels have been analyzed. The relationship between serum levels of chemerin, nesfatin-1 and features of DBPM parameters, HM ECG, clinical characteristics, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism indices has been investigated using the cluster analysis. The functional state of the kidneys as a target organ in hypertension has been studied, showing an increase in serum chemerin in patients with lower values of glomerular filtration rate (GFR), irrespective of the body mass index, which is confirmed by the presence of a reverse correlation between the serum chemerin and GFR .
