Object of research: the process of formation of the strategy of development of rural green tourism. The purpose of the dissertation is to formulate a strategy for the development of rural green tourism, taking into account the tourist-recreational features and agrarian potential of the region. For achievement of the set goal and tasks in work the modern general scientific and special methods of research are used, in particular: comparative analysis, graphic, calculation - constructive, abstract-logical, analysis and synthesis, sociological, cartographic. For the first time the model of organization of the regional ecological and economic center of development of rural green tourism in the conditions of protected areas was developed, the basis of which is coordination of the relationships between the subjects of rural tourism and producers of organic products in order to stimulate the ecological development of the territory, which will make it possible to create a unique tourist product, the result which will be the strengthening of the competitive advantages of the region under study, access to the international market of services, as well as the improvement of the ecological status and quality of land.
