Besarab S. Management of investment activity of enterprises (based on materials of metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine)

The dissertation is devoted to questions of effective management of investment activities of metallurgical enterprises in conditions of dynamic environment. The theoretical and methodological foundations of management of investment activities of enterprises are deepened, namely: the theoretical approaches to the definition of the economic essence of the category "investment" are investigated and its relationship with such concepts as "investment process", "investment activity", "management of investment activity". The classification of investments on the basis of activity of enterprises has been improved, and the factors influencing their investment attractiveness have been investigated. The theoretical and methodical approach to application of strategically oriented model of management of investment activities of enterprises is substantiated. The modern problems of development of the world metallurgy and its influence on activity of the domestic metallurgical enterprises are investigated. On the basis of this research, a comprehensive diagnostics of the current state, dynamics, problems, prospects and potential opportunities for the development of metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine was carried out. An analytical estimation of the efficiency level of their investment activities was conducted. Practical recommendations for adaptation of strategically oriented model of investment activity management are developed depending on the general level of strategic orientation of the subject of management. The implementation of a strategically oriented model of investment activities management of enterprises on the basis of self-organization based on mentally-cognitive tools in investment management is substantiated.
