Turchynova Y. Assessment and assurance regarding the achievement of the economic results of the enterprise activity (based on materials of Ukrainian mechanical-engineering enterprises).

The dissertation is devoted to the scientific and practical matters of the assessment and organizational support in order to achieve the economic results of the activity of Ukrainian mechanical-engineering enterprises. The scientific positions on the interpretation of the content of the economic results of the enterprise activity were structured, and their systematization was made with the allocation of basic approaches which determine directly the economic results as a category and synthetic, in which their more complex nature is being revealed contextually. The methodological approach to the assessment of the joint economic results as the inclusion of the consequences of enterprise management and the forms of appearance of its internal system properties has been improved. Economic assessment of the joint economic results of the national mechanical-engineering enterprises' activity was made and the reasons, which cause them, were determined. The strategically oriented approach of the organizational support in order to achieve the economic results of the enterprise based on the relationship between attributive and operational aspects was considered; such aspects were determined on the basis of strategic concepts and scenario processes, implementation of which minimizes the strategic disjuncture between the expected and actually obtained economic results. Practical recommendations for ensuring the correspondence of the mechanical-engineering enterprises with the parameters of modern intellectual production as the fundamental basis of their economic growth were developed, and their influence on the predictable economic operating results was estimated.
