Chamata V. Comparative characteristics of the technologies of the front restoration

The purpose of the dissertation is an increase the effectiveness of prosthetic treatment of teeth of frontal group on the basis of comparative description of technologies of indirect restorations and features of their deboning. The dissertation covers aspects of clinical observation of the reasons that lead to complications after microprosthetics using porcelain veneers. For the first time, according to the results of clinical study using an Er:YAG and Er,Cr:YSGG lasers allows debonding porcelain veneers from teeth without aggressive destruction or removal of underlying tooth structure and in most cases without destroying the veneers. The scientific data about the influence of the type of ceramic material for fabrication of front indirect ceramic restorations on the process of laser debonding were complemented. According to the results of labolatory study using an Er:YAG and Er, Cr: YSGG lasers allows debonding porcelain veneers from teeth without aggressive destruction or removal of underlying tooth structure and in most cases without destroying the veneers, make veneer debonding less painful to patients. For the first time according to the results of an experimental study, the safety and selectivity of removing the scraps of cement for fixation from veneers during laser debonding has been proved.
