Essay

The work is dedicated to improvement of Acute coronary syndrome without segment ST elevation (NonST ACS) diagnosis and treatment in females. The basic risk factors of the NonST ACS were established and the correlation between them in women with different types of hormonal status was specified, their prognostic value in the development of complications was determined. The scientific data on the nature of the course of the NonST ACS in women, the features of the regulation of blood pressure, depending on the balance of sex hormones, the preconditions for the development of NonST ACS in patients with intact roronary arteries and the role of individual indices of endothelial dysfunction in microvascular disorders were supplemented. Practical recommendations for verifying the diagnosis, forecasting of the course and optimization of pharmacotherapy were formulated in order to prevent complications and reduce the length of hospitalization of women with NonST ACS.
